They are very accommodating. Quick checkin and quick check out. The car was promised at a certain time and it was ready at that time and waiting for pick up. Sam made a loaner car available knowing I had to make a doctor's appointment. I was impressed.

There are several Land Rover dealers in close proximity of my house but we prefer to drive over 90 miles to purchase from Rancho Mirage dealership. Everyone one at this dealership is phenomenal. Allen (salesman) always exhibits hospitality and gets the best deals for his customers ; Mike (dealership manager) runs a tight ship and because of his excellent leadership skills, his salesmen are great Chase (finance guy) makes it happen in his office. Duncan is an awesome Service Adviser! Even though a parts delivery was late, my Range Tocer was completed and clean and upfront for me to pick up.

They fixed my recall item but found another recall item they had no parts for . Additionally they said they fixed my software update but it did not update. I have been trying to update the software for the last 2 visits but they cannot seem to get it done. Veeeery frustrated!!!!

Totally pleasant experience and positive attitudes were very friendly, informative and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
It was great that Land Rover of Rancho Mirage was able to fix my 2018 Discovery full size issue. I will be planning to take my wife’s car to have it serves from now on. I love my Land Rover but never had a good experience with service. This visit was for a recall - and was told when they had the parts & when to schedule an appointment. Our Jaguar has been in this service shop since April 4, 2022. Today is May 25, 2022. It only needs a fuel pump. REALLY???? What have they done to my car? Not happy at all at this point.
First time there, service was great, great communication with Andres, explained details of service and always made sure I was happy. Will return.

Getting a loaner car was very easy and quick. Pickup was very fast and easy. Andre even went and brought my car to the front for me. I like working with only one employee and not being passed around so working with only Andre made it very simple and easy.

I had a negative experience at this dealership with dishonest sales tactics while trying to buy a used F-type.
What happened: We agreed on the price of the car, the delivery was coordinated, and just as we were finalizing financing they tried to pull a higher interest rate on me despite my 800+ credit score and high income ($200k+). Third visit for the same problem. Issue with Loose window not repaired properly. Window still rattles. Not sure what they need to do to get repair done well

Chad was vey helpful in setting me up with a rental and picking up my vehicle on a Saturday. But when I arrives for pick up, there was a plastic piece left on my back seat. The sales manager had to get on his knees and assembled the piece which went underneath the steering wheel. Vehicle should of been checked prior to stating it was ready.
WOW, was really surprised to learn that my Jaguar's Annual Service would be handled on time during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only did the service department contact me first, but they offered a white-glove pickup of the car, handled all the necessary maintenance, washed the exterior, then disinfected the interior, before dropping the car back off at my home the next day. Couldn't have been happier to not leave the house. Love this dealership!

My 2017 Range Rover Sport and my wife’s 2019 Jaguar F-Type happened to come up for service at the same time. I called Sam at Indigo Service and he was able to schedule both our cars for a morning slot. We came in and got a brand new RR Evoque loaner and both our cars were done in the afternoon of the same day. Great service!
